Final Fantasy 7 Remake: a Demo Soon Available on PSN?

Posted on

Final Fantasy 7 Remake may well be approached by players sooner than expected. The GameStat site, which lists all the files preloaded on the PSN servers, has found what seems to be a demo of the next Square Enix game.

It is one of the most anticipated games of 2020. Final Fantasy VII , one of the favorite games of players, is getting a new lease of life and will return on March 3, 2020 with a brand new graphics engine, a revised and modern writing system, unprecedented combat and many other surprises. In truth, the Square Enix project reminds us a little of what Capcom was able to do with the remake of Resident Evil 2 . Resume the original equipment and offer a whole new experience in short.

And good news, players won’t have to wait until next year to try their hand at the game. According to the GameStat website , which is responsible for identifying all the files preloaded on the servers of PSN, a demo of FF VII Remake would be arriving very soon. They were able to get their hands on a promotional image, which leaves no room for doubt, with the mention “Final Fantasy VII Remake Demo”.

Of course, it is better to wait for the official confirmation from Square Enix. In fact, we do not yet have information on the possible content of this demo, nor on its release date. However, there is a good chance that it was the one that was presented at most shows. Players could progress to the game’s first boss, the Scorpion Sentinel.

As a reminder, the GameStats teams are not at their first revelations. They were the ones who discovered in early December the existence of the remake of Resident Evil 3 , the new Capcom game whose release is scheduled for April 3, 2020. So while waiting for this hypothetical demo, we are slipping you the trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake released during E3 2019, to admire the work done on the characters.
